Recently, Global Design Director Sacha Coles had the pleasure of presenting at Cox Architecture, alongside Jess Scully and Sophie Tatlow, where they explored the powerful influence of nature in our built spaces and the role of landscape design in shaping vibrant communities.
Bringing the outside in by integrating natural elements into our built environments is essential for fostering a deeper connection with nature. This approach not only enhances our living spaces but also positively impacts our well-being and strengthens community connections.
The discussion highlighted the vital role that biophilia plays across all areas of design, from large-scale public realms to its impact on textile design, emphasising that whether large or small, the integration of nature is key to creating spaces that resonate with people and the environment.
