Farrer Place - first look

Our scheme for the public realm and streetscape upgrades, as well as roof terraces and green infrastructure, is bringing much-needed greenery into an important heritage space.

The internal spaces will form part of the future Capella Hotels and Resorts space in Sydney. These feature a lush green atrium, which we collaborated on with Junglefy, and incorporate verdant green walls and two mature fig trees under a bright glazed central atrium. We’re particularly pleased with the small details that give the outdoor spaces a defined identity, and the way the planting scheme is taking hold.
