Final phase of Collins Wharf project receives approval

Lendlease has received approval for the final phase of the Collins Wharf project, which will bring over 900 new homes to Melbourne’s Docklands.

At the heart of the development is an ASPECT Studios-designed public park featuring over 1,500 sqm of open space, including a central lawn, terraced seating, and native planting. Transforming a former shipping and maritime precinct, Collins Wharf will establish vital connections between the city and the Yarra River through a 1.2-kilometre cycle, pedestrian, and fitness track, and providing high-quality housing across six towers, designed by Architectus, Ewert Leaf, and Kennon.

This precinct reconnects Melbourne to its waterfront and creates new green public spaces for both CBD visitors and future residents.
