Continuing the success of the award-winning Southport Spit Masterplan, we’re excited to be working with Makris Group and ElenbergFraser to breathe new life into The Spit Village South precinct, bringing an abundance of greenery, public activation, and enhanced connection to the water.
The iconic Marina Mirage will be re-imagined to celebrate Southeast Queensland’s envious landscapes, while looking to restore endangered vegetation. The landscape proposal will create an outdoor botanical museum that displays a diverse range of plants native to Southeast Queensland, including an endangered Littoral Rainforest to compliment the planned restoration of 37 hectares of Littoral Rainforest adjacent to the precinct.
