Quay Quarter Tower wins sustainability award

Sustainability is central to what ASPECT Studios does, and we’d like to congratulate Dexus, Mirvac, 3XN/GXN and BVN Architecture on winning the 2024 Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Award for Best Sustainable Development for Quay Quarter Tower.

The award recognises innovative sustainability practices that reduce a project or existing building’s eco footprint. The project, which upcycled an existing 1976 skyscraper, has advanced powerful ideas about adaptation and re-use.

ASPECT Studios designed the tower’s interior and external landscapes, as well as the related Quay Quarter Lanes project at street level.
