Date: Nov 13, 2024
Category: Project updates
Since 2019, ASPECT Studios been working on the UNSW Health Translation Hub (HTH), shaping a built environment that places the public plaza at its heart. This innovative ecosystem is crafted to connect clinicians, researchers, students, and the public in a biophilic setting that fosters connection and collaboration.

Last week, project partners gathered to celebrate significant construction progress, marking an exciting milestone as this development emerges as a beacon for health and life sciences innovation. During the ceremony, Professor Attila Brungs, Vice-Chancellor and President of UNSW Sydney, and Will Walker, Chief Investment and Development Officer, spoke about the impact of this dynamic ecosystem—an environment designed to support and enrich the public domain while nurturing collaboration in a nature-integrated space.

The HTH will soon serve as a hub for leading research and knowledge exchange, offering state-of-the-art spaces for innovators and researchers while revitalising the surrounding public realm to advance health and scientific discovery.

Congratulations to all our collaborators on this exciting project: UNSW, Architectus, Plenary Group, Hansen Yuncken , and ISPT, UniSuper, and HESTA.
