Landscape elements along the central axis, including water features, seats and planters are scattered in a playful, semi-random fashion to grant the space a fluidity that reflects the river. The design delineates areas for passive and active use, including sunny lawns, sheltered seating areas and pedestrian gathering spaces, to generate social interaction and stimulate activity for the businesses on site.
A strong gridded pavement scheme unifies the site and is extends the architecture into the public sphere.
