We are very grateful to have been given the opportunity to work on the competition with our wonderful collaborators Emily McDaniel, Jayne Christian, Janet Laurence, Collins and Turner, Eckersley O’Callaghan and Steensen Varming.
As part of our proposal, we have engaged with Traditional Owners to learn about their connection to this Country and their aspirations for this space. We commend the client’s commitment to process for engaging with Traditional Owners with a high focus on reflecting First Nations culture and Country-centred design.
The project is set to become an integral space for the emerging community and the early delivery of this key public space will be fundamental to shaping the identity of this new 22nd Century City.
Congratulations to all our other shortlisted peers; Arcadia Landscape, Hassell Studio, TCL and Turf Design Studio.
