Warwick Savvas and Ayeh Azarbashi have been elected to the Executive of the Victorian Chapter, while Matthew Durning joins the Executive of the Queensland Chapter.
Ayeh will draw on over a decade of international experience in both landscape architecture and architecture to make a meaningful contribution to, and be an advocate for the industry.
Warwick has also been named as State Chapter Secretary for Victoria. He is keen to use his extensive experience as a landscape architect to address the current issues we are faced with around climate, equity, and sustainability both locally and across the world.
Matthew hopes to give back to his profession through AILA’s advocacy and further his knowledge about landscape architecture in Queensland.
