Griffith Park Precinct Design Competition

At ASPECT we relish design competitions - they give us the opportunity to give form to our shared conversations about the delightful potential of public spaces. We also get to create with fantastic people! It was a pleasure collaborating with Sibling Architecture and Bangawarra on this concept.

ASPECT Studios in Sydney was among the four finalists selected out of over 100 entries in response to the Canterbury Bankstown and City Lab Griffith Park Precinct design competition. The brief emphasised redesigning the space with a focus on a country-centred design approach through enhancing green and recreational areas, introducing new and improved facilities, improving accessibility and mobility, public safety, and day and night activation.
