ASPECT Studios formally launches studio in Ho Chi Minh City
We have been working in the Vietnam since 2019, designing and collaborating on such local projects as September 23rd Park (Central Park), a 16-hectare public park built on the site of a former colonial railway station, and the multistage development AquaCity for Novaland.
To mark the official opening event, Dominic Balasuriya, Economic Consul for Australia in Vietnam, and Trent Davies, Senior Director, Trade and Investment at Global Victoria, joined ASPECT Studios Chair Chris Razzell, local Studio Director Quan Nguyen, Global Design Director Sacha Coles, and other ASPECT board members and leading members of the Executive team as we held a celebration and networking event with our valued local clients, collaborators and key members of the local Government.
Speaking after the launch, Quan Nguyen said; “We believe that ASPECT’s unique approach is ideally suited to working in the Vietnamese market. In assembling our team here, we have created a great mix of local and international talent.
“The practice will continue to work across a range of purpose led project types and scales across the country, maintaining its diverse portfolio to work with clients who will share our values and ethos, and who desire high quality design outcomes.”
