Congratulations to our friends at Officer Woods Architects and MDC Architects for the success of Hope Street Housing in the 2024 Australian Institute of Architects WA Architecture Awards. We were delighted to be part of the team delivering an exemplary medium-density project of this quality, which won the Award for Urban Design and Commendations for Multiple Housing and Sustainable Architecture.

The landscape plays an important role in delivering urban play for the local community and enhancing the biodiversity of the area through extensive planting throughout the verges, gardens and a green lane which plays an important role as a focus for community interaction and gathering.
