Reimagining Dixon Reserve in Pimpama, Queensland
The future design will focus on enhancing the existing features of the site including embracing its natural assets.
Over the past few weeks ASPECT Studios, Fourfold Studio and City of Gold Coast have engaged with Gainsborough School Pimpama, Pimpama Secondary School and Pimpama Primary College and over 2000 local community members during their annual Diwali Festival.
We want to ensure that the upgrade of Dixon Reserve takes into consideration the local community’s needs, natural assets and revitalises the wetlands and native flora, while crafting an experience that celebrates the unique landscape.
Insights gathered through this phase of engagement and the survey below will assist the project team in refining the design for Dixon Reserve to ensure it meets the needs of our whole community.
