The transformation of Seddon Street, Subiaco, has created a vibrant, pedestrian-focused community space that seamlessly connects to the town centre while offering the capacity to host events and various group activities.
Designed to enhance public life, the project features improved seating areas, expanded alfresco dining options, upgraded pathways, and refreshed softscapes, with conserved treescapes and new underplanting.
Enhancements to accessibility, drainage, and lighting ensure the space is both functional and inviting. Integrated artwork by VOXLAB, incorporating the area’s original railway line, adds a meaningful connection to the site’s rich history, giving the space both depth and character.
