Transforming Neutral Bay in Sydney

Transforming an underutilised carpark into a vibrant public plaza is at the heart of the proposal to redevelop the town centre of Sydney’s Neutral Bay.



Working closely with SJB, Titanium Property Investment, and Coles Group, ASPECT Studios has designed a plaza, which is flexible, accessible, and introduces much needed greenery into the precinct.



Complementing the new public plaza will be a seven-storey mixed-use development incorporating world-class shopping facilities alongside apartments.



The design has been carefully considered to ensure the plaza receives an abundance of daylight, thereby creating a more welcoming and revitalised locale for the community.
