Visiting Adelaide's Spirit of Place Exhibition

Our Adelaide studio team went to the opening of the Spirit of Place Exhibition to explore the collection of South Australian contemporary Indigenous architecture, landscape architecture and placemaking projects on display – each of which are supported by artworks that are inspired by connections to place.

The Kaurna Nation are recognised as the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters of the greater Adelaide region, including Glenthorne National Park and Felixstowe Reserve which were both featured projects that celebrate the rich culture, language, and heritage of this nation through a range of interpretive design work.

We are proud that Akea Turner from our Adelaide team was selected as a member of the jury with Paul Munaitya Herzich, Elizabeth Grant, Jasmine Kerdel, and Kirrakee Watson.
