ASPECT Studios is pleased to welcome Matthew Durning (Studio Director, Brisbane), Jason Geralis (Associate Studio Director, Melbourne) and Valter Vieira (Co-CEO) as new shareholders. ASPECT Studios is an employee-owned business, and these new additions will enhance resilience, long-term commitment, and performance.

“Matt, Jason and Valter represent ASPECT Studios at its best,” said Founder and Chair Chris Razzell.

“Valter’s leadership is helping to secure ASPECT’s future as a global frontrunner in landscape design, while Matthew and Jason have worked tirelessly to ensure that we are doing important, high-quality work in Melbourne and Brisbane respectively.”

As Co-CEO, Valter Vieira is working with fellow Co-CEO Adam Kiekebosch to establish ASPECT Studios as a global practitioner-led practice, and to develop business-wide strategies and approaches to new markets.

Valter draws on extensive experience in both design and business leadership in his role. His varied expertise enables him to understand each market in a multifaceted way, producing results that succeed in economic, cultural and environmental dimensions.

Matthew Durning has helped to drive a flourishing portfolio of completed and in-progress work for ASPECT Studios in Brisbane. His passion for centering Country and the environment has helped to cement ASPECT’s reputation for creating spaces that enhance public life.

Jason Geralis’ leadership as Associate Studio Director has helped to secure the successful completion of projects in Melbourne. He provides studio-wide support on projects from the proposal phase through to practical completion.

We are excited to welcome these talented individuals to our growing shareholder cohort.
