ASPECT Studios is pleased to welcome four new shareholders. The new shareholders broaden the ownership of ASPECT Studios, with these new entrants taking our number of employee shareholders to nineteen.
Tamara Donnellan (Studio Director), Bianca Pineda (Associate Studio Director) and Jason Packenham (Associate Studio Director) are the new shareholders from Sydney, while Vivi Xie (Business Director) joins from Shanghai.
ASPECT Studios Chair and Founder Chris Razzell said the new shareholders represent an important layer of leadership within the practice.
“Bianca, Jason, Tamara and Vivi have each contributed to the development of ASPECT Studios in unique and valuable ways, and I’m extremely pleased that they have been recognized for their efforts,” he said.
“Vivi has helped to drive the growth of the Shanghai studio through her dedication over more than a decade with ASPECT, while Bianca, Jason and Tamara have played a defining role in the design and strategy work that has come out of the Sydney studio.”
Tamara Donnellan has accelerated the development of ASPECT Studio’s urbanism and strategic design capabilities at a time when the practice is becoming increasingly involved in leading city-shaping and precinct scale projects across Australia and around the world. Her more than two decades of experience and significant body of work make her an invaluable leader and a thoughtful designer.
Vivi Xie’s wide-ranging responsibilities at the Shanghai studio are a testament to her role in ASPECT’s success in China. Vivi draws on a depth of experience to lead business and studio development and operational strategies. She also plays an active role in BD, project management, and marketing and communications.
Bianca Pineda has led some of ASPECT’s most significant projects, and her practice is defined by her belief in design and the public domain as critical tools to solve our most pressing social and environmental crises.
Her expertise in delivering large scale civic redevelopment projects has seen her make a major contribution to life in Sydney.
Jason Packenham’s passion for delivering liveable, sustainable, and prosperous places underpins his approach to his work. His strengths as a design and project leader have seen him successfully shepherd a number of major projects, and his strategic, passionate approach to design makes him a critical part of the Sydney team.
A big congratulations to our new shareholders.
